A Lesson In Arithmetic By Gov. Ed Panillio

Dislclaimer: I just got this e-mail from a friend and I just would like to share this here. Just feel free to react.

Fr. Ed Panlilio - Gov.of Pampanga

I'm 100% sure this income disparity is replicated in all the provinces of the Philippines .If we had more Ed Panlilios in our government, we would be just like Singapore in a short time. Read on.....

We hope we are witnessing what will be a sustained revolution in good governance in the Province of Pampanga , under its newly elected governor, Fr. Ed Panlilio.

According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer of August 26, only one month after Fr. Panlilio assumed his gubernatorial duties, the province's income from the quarrying of volcanic ash from Mount Pinatubo had reached P29.4 million. (Haulers pay a fee of P300 per truck of volcanic ash that they haul from the quarry.)

By contrast, during his predecessor Mark Lapid's term as governor, the province's income from the same quarrying operations amounted to only P29 million a year.

This gaping variation in official incomes from the same activity should inspire a new set of textbooks in Arithmetic, especially for the school children of Pampanga.

There is nothing like local color and local situations to cultivate comprehension in young minds.

Sample problems: If Fr. Ed's provincial government can collect P29.4 million in 26 days (we assume no quarrying on Sundays), how much does it collect in one day?

Answer: An average of P1.130 million.

If Fr. Ed's provincial government collects an average of P1.130 million a day from quarrying operations, how much can it collect in one year of 313 days (365 days less 52 Sundays)?

Answer: P353, 690,000, or P354 million.

If Fr. Ed's provincial government can collect P354 million a year, and Mark Lapid's provincial government collected only P29 million a year, what is the difference in their official yearly collections?

Answer: P325 million a year.

If Mark Lapid was governor for four years and his provincial government's annual collections from quarrying amounted to an average of P29 million, how much did his provincial govt. officially collect in four years?

Answer: P116 million.

If Fr. Ed manages to remain as provincial governor for four years, and his provincial government's annual collection from quarrying were to average P354 million, how much will his provincial government collect in four years?

Answer: P1.416 billion.

What is the difference between P1.416 billion and P116 million?

Answer: P1.3 billion.

Where did this P1.3 billion go?

Answer: Only God and the Lapids know. ('Lapids' is in plural because Mark, as a second generation political dynasty, succeeded his own father, now Sen. Lito Lapid. We don't know how much Lito's provincial government officially collected from quarrying operations during his watch. Should be a good investigative project for media.)

If Gawad Kalinga spends an average of P75,000 per low cost house, how many low-cost houses can P1.3 billion build?

Answer: 17,333 low-cost houses.

If the average Pampanga family were to consist of five persons (father, mother, three children), how many people would be benefited by 17,333 low-cost houses?

Answer: 86,665 persons.

End of Arithmetic lesson.

Fr. Ed is to be congratulated for setting a high benchmark for collection from quarrying operations against which his predecessors have a moral obligation to explain why their collections were so low, and against which future governors will be judged by the people of Pampanga.Volcanic ash, by the way, is a superior building material. Many of the buildings, aqueducts & monuments of the Roman Empire that have survived for almost 2,000 years are known to have been built w/ volcanic ash, quarried from the environs of Mount Vesuvius after it erupted in 79 AD.

We don't expect Fr.Ed's moral victory in Pampanga to be remembered for the next 2,000yrs. We would be happy with five, ten or 20 years, enough, we hope, to spawn a moral-revolution- by- example to save the Filipinos from their worst enemies - themselves.

GOOD LUCK Philippines !

"Therefore, the primary cause of poverty is not overpopulation of the Philippines !

It's because our country is overpopulated with corrupt officials"

Keep the Faith. Peace.

I don't agree with this poll because watching a movie helps me relax and unwind. It's a good way of spending a "bonding moment" with your love ones and friends too. I remember during college days whenever we have 3 hours gap between each class me and my gf then or my barkada would watch a movie to let the time fly by while waiting for our next class. The theatre (Gaisano Mall) is only 10-minute walk from our campus (Ateneo de Davao University) so it's very accessible and very convenient for us.

Hady Mirza Of Singapore Wins Asian Idol

I was so disappointed with the result… But with all the exposure of all 6 of them I think the other 5 will definitely make it because of the contest… Other countries aside from their own respective countries don’t know who they are before Asian Idol… I’ve voted for Mau and Mike because I can feel the emotions they are trying to tell the audiences with their songs… They are so good… But one person can’t really do anything if the rest of Asia is thingking otherwise… Sigh…

Life Is Like A Pack Of Yucky Gum

When I was little we were really poor and my parents, specially my dad, have to work really hard to have food served in our table. We stayed in my grandparents’ house while my parents are saving a lot to buy our own. Though we were poor it never occurred to me that we were because I never felt that we need what our neighbors have. They have cars, we commute (oh how I love to walk in the streets of Kidapawan holding my parents hands one more time). They have many colored TV while our whole family shares the old black and white TV in my grandparents’ living room and it’s ok. I am happy and contented with what I have and that makes me feel wealthy.

I never really felt we were poor until my parents are earning a little more than what they used to earn. My mom got promoted and my dad started a small business. Then they can afford to buy delicious food and finally have our own house. They bought nice clothes and gave me and my siblings a lot of things. The problem is I also started noticing what my classmates and friends have that I don’t and I must also have those. Then I started asking my parents to have them buy those things that my classmates and friends have. Of course, they always can’t afford to buy me those so I thought we were really poor. My classmates and friends told me so. Gone are the days when I used to be satisfied with what we have. Gone are the times when I am very happy just to see my parents and my sibling happy. I felt dissatisfied. I wanted more than what my parents can afford because my classmates and friends told me so. They told me that we are poor and I don’t want to be poor.

My dad and mom started to notice my attitude and one day they tour me in some of the remote areas of Kidapawan and in my mind I am wondering why we were there. Those areas were so filthy and lots of dirty children playing some have slippers most of them don’t. Torn shirts and rugged pants they laugh and were having the time of their lives. Without hearing a word or two from my parents I realized how rich we truly are. I am rich because I have nice clean clothes that these children don’t have. I have both my parents while some of the children were abandoned by their parents. I have nice shoes and will not walk the street bare foot. Then I realized that like those children I used to be satisfied with what I have and now what have become of me. I felt so ashamed that I asked my parents that we should go home already because I’m tired. I know that day my parents saved me from becoming someone that I don’t ever wanted to be and I am truly thankful for that. The tour opened my eyes that there’s more to life and the word does not revolve on a single person only.

It’s hard but I am really trying my best to be satisfied with what I have and being truly thankful of having them. I don’t think that life is like a box of chocolates but life is more like a pack of Yucky gum - it’s so sour but you’ll it anyway just have a taste of it’s rewarding sweet gum in the middle.

Blog To Earn

There's new place over the net to get cash. Advertisers advertise on blogs via Smorty by giving tasks to bloggers. In fact I already tried it and it works best for me. Actually, Smorty was introduced by my friend Pao because she's been earning quite good already. Imagine, you'll get paid to blog while expressing your own ideas. That's good thing about Smorty, you are actually given the freedom to write what you think about a certain advertiser whether it is a possitive review or you get to criticize an advertiser as long as you pass Smorty's qualification. So join now and get paid for blogging.

Fast Cash

There are times when we need cash and the payday is still days away. Applying for loans takes days too so it's really a burden. But now payday loan is available over the internet for those people who want cash fast, unsecured loans in times of emergencies and you can't wait for the pay day to come. This really a great solution to fund our savings or personal checking accounts instead of selling our properties or borrowing (again) from our family and friends. You may visit http://www.cashadvance1500.com for more loan options and more information on how to apply for one.

Water Bridge Over Water

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Another great reason to visit Germany is the great Water Bridge (photo shown above and was taken during the day of inauguration). The 918 meters long channel-bridge took 6 years to finish and costs 500 million euros. This bridge over the River Elbe joins the former East and West Germany. This is part of the unification project of the once two part Germany. This bridge located in the city of Magdeburg, near Berlin, is one display of great engineering and design.

A trivia was attached on the e-mail and here it goes:

To those who appreciate engineering projects, here's a puzzle for you armchair engineers and physicists. Did that bridge have to be designed to withstand the additional weight of ship and barge traffic, or just the weight of the water?

Answer:

It only needs to be designed to withstand the weight of the water! Why? A ship always displaces an amount of water that weighs the same as the ship, regardless of how heavily a ship may be loaded. Remember your high school physics, and the fly in an enclosed bottle project? Similarly, the super sensitive scale proved that it didn't make any difference whether the fly was sitting on the bottom, walking up the side, or flying around. The bottle, air, and fly were a single unit of mass and always weighed the same.

For those of you who would want to visit the bridge in Germany, I recommend that you book online for hassle-free vacation. Booking online is cheaper and much more convenient and you can choose a much wider kind of accommodations and hotels in Berlin that suits your taste and budget as compared to booking on your local travel agencies. While you are in Berlin you may also check out other hot spots like Pergamon Museum, Brandenburge Gates, and Schloss Charlottenburg. Accomodations and hotels in Deutschland are also easy to book online if you want to visit Bavarian Alps, Leipzig, Lubeck and other hot attractions in Germany.

When you are on the area, try to check out Vienna attractions like the Schonbrunn palace, Hofburg and Heldenplatz museums. Online booking in Wien hotels is just a click away so it would be so easy. When you are at it, also try hotels in Muenchen if you’d like to visit Marienplatz, Rathaus-Glokenspiel, and the Olympic village.

Traveling and visiting that part of the world is really exciting, lots of attractions and hot spots to unravel right before your eyes. Whether you want to see the Water Bridge in Berlin or visit the Olympic Village in Munich I’m sure you’re going to cherish your getaway especially when you don’t have to worry about your accommodation and transportation.

Operation Trim Down (Two Months After)

Below is the result I got from that measuring instrument you find at Mercury Drug after two months of working it out on the gym:

Weight: 183 lb 4 oz / 83.1 kg
Height: 5 ft 9.7 in / 177cm

Blood Pressure:
Max Systolic 110 mmHg
Max Diastolic 74 mmHg
Pulse/minute 100

Body Fat Estimation:
Fat Index 21.7%
Fat Mass 39 lb 0 oz / 18.0 kg
Free F. Mass 143 lb 6 oz / 65.1 kg

Age and Gender: 27 male

I may not get a very good results but I lost more than 11 lbs. so I am already happy with the outcome of my efforts. My waistline measurement is down by 4 inches and I can already wear my old pants and shirts once again. I will still do my best to lose some more weight and gain more muscles in the process. I hope by April 2008 I can already achieve the body I always wanted to have again.

P.S. I am having a hard time dieting so I still eat my usual meals but try hard not to add some because I tend to eat some more after working out. But soon I will try to discipline myself and go on a diet. This I will do after the end of this year.

House Of Congress Blast

Last night I was shocked upon watching ABS-CBN News Update, while burning calories on the treadmill, that the House of Congress here in the Philippines has been blasted, hurting many people and killing two. Apparently, the initial investigation said that the blast came from a parked tricycle not far away from the Congress south wing. This is crazy, just recently there was also an explosion on one of the malls (Glorietta 2) killing and injuring a lot of people and now another blast! This is not right, there is “something” must be done – fast.

Online Casinos And Pokers

I am not much of an online player kind of guy but from time to time I log online and check out games that attracts my attention. Actually there are loads of online gambling games like online casino or online poker but it’s really hard to chose which amongst these games are reliable, trustworthy and worth your dime. Well, I found one that is definitely worth your time plus lessen your search time of which game to choose to play. It’s called the PRO360.com and this particular website is very helpful in making you decide which online games you want to play because you can read their reviews on a particular game. By reading these reviews you already have an idea on what you can expect and what this particular online game can offer you. They even have tips for the beginners and the regulars on how to play casinos or pokers online. The next time you want to play online casino, online poker, or to read reviews then PRO360.com is the place to be.

Are You Insured?

You really can't be sure what will happen to us in the future so we do what we can today to prepare for the inevitable. Saving money now is one thing that most of us do but we also think of some other things that might help like family insurance that a lot of insurance companies are offering us nowadays. For people who are employed, you can also also choose employee benefit package if that's what you think is good for you. Actually there are a lot to choose from which varies from Term Life to Cash Back Life Insurance and you can actually check Advantagetermlife.com to look for the type of insurance which suits you and have them quote it for you.

The thing is, it would really be better if we are prepared now that we are still capable of doing things that we are already old and already lose our jobs. It pays to be ready.

Of Festivals And Parties

Festivals are very popular here in my country and in fact everywhere you go here you’ll find great festivities and most of these festivals are world renown like Sto. Niño festival in Cebu City, Ati-atihan in Aklan, and Timpumpo in Kidapawan. If you have extra resources and you really want to be in a great festival outside the Philippines then you must check Edinburgh. Edinburgh is famous for its festivities and the most famous among these celebrations is the Edinburgh Festival which starts at the end of June and ends at the start of September every year. This festival activity includes a programme of high-profile theatre productions and classical music performances, featuring international directors, conductors, theatre companies and orchestras. And perhapsone of the most popular science festivals can be seen in Edinburgh too - Edinburgh International Science Festival. It would really be nice to experience festivals from different cities abroad and compare it to what we are already experience here in my country.

If you want to visit Edinburgh and looking for a place to stay, Edinburgh hotels are aplenty and you could get cheaper rates and hand-pick your choice over the internet. If other than hotels and you are looking for something different, Edinburgh accommodations ranges from apartments to hostels and are available all year round so that wouldn’t be a problem. Transportation is also not a problem because public utility vehicles range from trams, buses, and railways. So having your vacation in the city is a complete bliss.

People my age love to go out and party when ever then can and I think that my generations are very good in looking for a place to party. They have this instinct on where to catch the best parties in town and know exactly who to look for if they want to be in the place to be. There are times when they got board and try to somewhere else to look for “the best party” in their lives. Well, for people who love to party and have extra money to spend then there is one place in the world they have to go and shouldn’t miss – Manchester. The place helps the world in getting to know what nightclub really is and makes DJ culture popular. People in this part of the globe really know how to party.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

One thing that s common to all places in the world is music and music seems to be a universal language that bonds us all together. Manchester, England is very well known to have produced popular musicians like Oasis, New Order, The Smiths and more. Manchester is not only known to have produced popular musicians but it is also noted for it theatres (Palace Theatre and Royal Exchange Theatre) and orchestras (Hallé Orchestra and BBC Philharmonic Orchestra). So for you guys who want to listen to variety of music at one place then Manchester is the place to be.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Aside from parties and music, Manchester is also rich in culture, sports and of course education. Landmarks that are famous in the city include the Beetham Tower on Deansgate (the tallest building in Manchester to date), St, Peter’s Square and the Albert Square. For sports people the City of Manchester Stadium, the National Squash Centre and the Manchester Aquatics Centre are place that you must not miss to visit. And if you are interrested to go to school then you may want to pay a visit to the University of Manchester, the Manchester Metropolitan University, or the Royal Northern College of Music. Verify Your Paypal Through E-ON

I decided to post here information for you people who would want to have their Paypal account verified. We all know that Paypal Philippines allows its members to send and receive funds but for members (like me) who don’t have or don’t want to have a credit card which you’ll be using for verification and for the expansion program there’s another option and it’s through UninonBank’s E-ON Cyber Account. The E-ON card is a debit card which you can use either as an ATM or as a debit card whether you transact through an ATM or through the internet depending on the situation you are in.

You may apply online or go to your nearest UnionBank branch and present 2 valid ID’s, it would be a better idea to apply directly because applying online still requires you to go to the nearest UnionBank the following day. Upon applying you will have to wait a week or so (well in my case the card arrived on the 8th day) before you’ll be able to get your E-ON card and be sure to call the bank before going there just to be sure that your card is ready to be picked up.

When you finally get your card, here are the things to do:
• You have to pay Php 350.00 (on the spot) for the annual fee and try to deposit about Php 150.00 to Php 200.00 that you’ll need later on when you apply for the Paypal expansion program.
• Then logon to http://www.unionbankph.com and click on the E-ON cyber account button. Another window pops out and there you’ll register your E-ON card online for you to be able to transact online. Get your card ready because you are going to enter information when you register like your card number, CVV (the last 3 digits located at the back of your card), PIN, and etc. After filling out all those information you’ll have to wait 2 to 3 days before your E-ON card to be activated.
• After your card is activated log on to your Paypal account and click on the “verify a card” link or “add credit card” link or something like that to encode your card. Then you will wait for another 5 days to contact the UnionBank’s call center (0284186) to get your “4 digit number” that you are going to use to activate and verify your E-ON card.
• If you got the “4 digit number” encode it on your Paypal account by clicking on the “Expanded Use” something link and if the codes are correct then your Paypal account is now verified. Well Paypal charges you $1.95 automatically for the transaction (automatically deducted from your E-ON cyber account that’s why you have to deposit Php 150.00 to Php 200.00 upon getting your card aside from the Php 350.00 annual fee for this purposes) which will be refunded to you upon your first transaction.
• Now if you already have funds on your Paypal account and want to get it just transfer your funds from your Paypal account to your E-ON cyber account online and withdraw the money at your nearest ATM.

The steps are easy, right? Probably the most difficult part is the waiting part but overall it’s really so easy to apply for E-ON card and have your Paypal account verified. I was able to do it without any problem at all so I think you’ll be able to do it yourself too. I do hope that this information is a great help for you guys.

Enjoy shopping and selling online!

AquaDom

I’d like to share to you an e-mail I received from my officemate Charlene. This is about an aquarium, a very special aquarium that can only be seen in Berlin, Germany. Hotels in Berlin are aplenty but it doesn’t stop them in creating another one and place a gigantic aquarium right in the heart of Radisson SAS Hotel. The aquarium is called the AquaDom.

Here are the pictures that accompany the e-mail:

AquaDom is the largest cylindrical aquarium ever built and it is about 25 meters high, has a diameter over 11 meters, built on 9 meters high foundation and filled with about 900,000 liters of seawater and it contains some 2,600 fishes of 56 species. If you are a hotel guest you can see through the aquarium because of its sandblasted glass which gives you a transparent like feeling. There’s more, you can travel through the middle of the aquarium because of its glass-enclosed elevator. Beneath is a restaurant under the aquarium’s glass floor and some rooms look over the atrium to have an ocean feel kind of look at the aquarium. The aquarium has two full-time divers that clean the aquarium interior and feed the fishes. This sight is really breathtaking even in the pictures, how much more if you are really there.

The AquaDom costs about 12.8 million euros and Reynolds Polymer Technology built it. It was open last December 2003.

If given the chance I’d like to visit Berlin, even if you won’t stay at this particular hotel you can still drop by and see the AquaDom or see Germany's famoust events like Berlinale (Berlin's film festival), Berlin Marathon, Carneval in Germany, Munich's Oktoberfest and so much more. You'll definitely enjoy your stay in Germany. Hotels in Germany are abundant and you can even have a much cheaper hotel that fits your budget over the net than getting one direct from your local travel agent. You may also visit Munich if you have extra time and hotels in Munich are also easy to find over the internet. And mind you, you can save more if you book online and there are a lot of different kinds of hotels in Munich. Happy trip everyone.

Visit Down Under

The last time my mom went to Australia, I should have accompanied her but my work, that time, makes it impossible for me to join her on her trip to Australia. After she came back from her trip to Australia she gave me a lot of information about the country and her experiences during her stay there.

I’ve heard a lot about Australia. Aside from the fact that Australia is the smallest continent, you could find the “The Great Barrier Reef” – the world’s largest coral reef! You could also find the world’s largest monolith in Australia, Mount Augustus. I am also envious of my mom’s photos from her trip to the Land Down Under. She had photos of kangaroos and koalas. She sure had the best time during her stay there.

Adelaide is a must visit city in Australia. The city is also known as the “City of Churches” and it’s the home of the famous St. Peter’s church Adelaide. It is also famous of various musicians like Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, the Adelaide Youth Orchestra, The Mark of Cain, The Superjesus, Testeagles, The Angels, Cold Chisel, Australian Pink Floyd Show, and Eric Bogle. If you are an adventurer there are lots of things to do in Adelaide like car racing, cruise the Legendary Murray River, Tram rides and so much more. Adelaide is a must visit city in Australia.

Another city not to forget to visit in Australia is Brisbane, the third largest city in Australia! This city is for people who love arts and music. In fact, it is one of the best music hotspots in the world. Brisbane hotels are not really hard to look for. You could find the cheapest price of accommodation online. You could also find in Melbourne the famous “The Windmill” which is the oldest building in Queensland. This building is originally intended for grinding grains and punishment for convicts that operated the windmill manually. And if you also love the beach then you'll like Brisbane's beaches.

If you are planning to go to Australia, try to visit these cities and I’m sure you’ll have the time of your life while exploring these areas like my mom did during her visit.

Millau Viaduct In Paris And More

Another e-mail coming from my officemate Charlene I believe worth sharing is her e-mail about Millau Viaduct - a large cable-stayed road-bridge that spans the valley of the River Tarn near Millau in southern France. The bridge connects Paris and Barcelona and is known to be the highest bridge piers in the world. It is 240 meters high (and overall 336 meters high). Below is the photo of the bridge:

Speaking of Paris, if I’d be able to visit that part of the planet I’ll definitely would want to check Millau Viaduct and have a closer look of it. Paris is also famous for its architectures and landmarks like Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Église de la Madeleine, Basilique du Sacré-Coeur, Opéra Garnier, Notre Dame de Paris, Musée du Louvre, and Luxembourg Palace.

Aside from Paris’ architectures and landmarks, the city is also famous not only because of French Open (one of the world’s most famous tennis tournament) and Artists Quarter but most of all because of Moulin Rouge. Remember the film starred by Nicolde Kidman and Ewan McGregor? Well, Moulin Rouge is actually a traditional cabaret which offers musical adult entertainment for adukt visitors from all over the world. But now, courtesans no longer exist in Moulin Rouge as it became a legitimate nightclub with amazing dancers with exceptional skills.

Paris is also known to be a very romantic city or so I’ve heard. Most people go there to celebrate their feelings toward their love ones. Just imagine roaming around the city and seeing people spending most of their visit touring the city’s landmarks side-by-side with the people they love, what a sight to behold. Now that most of us are so busy with work, I think it would be best to visit a place like Paris to spend more time with your partner or with your family and remember the good old times.

Whether traveling with your partner or with your family, accomodation in Paris is not hard to look for. In fact you can book at a much cheaper price over the internet that booking right from a travel agency. Paris accomodation is available all year round and there are a lot to choose from which varies from apartments to hotels. How I wish to visit Paris someday with my love one and stroll around its famous landmarks and stay at the best accomodation in Paris.

City Of Sails

If we speak of New Zealand the first thing that pops our head is “The Lord of the Rings” because there it was the film is shot. But to some travelers when they speak of New Zealand, they think of the city of sails that is Auckland. These travelers love the city because Aucklanders love to party and if there’s party food and wine are aplenty. Not only that, but Auckland offers performing arts, nature, sports and recreation to people who are into these category of fun. Auckland, New Zealand is one stop in the world that travelers can’t resist.

If you are interested to go to Auckland, Auckland accommodation is not a problem because they have it all year round. You can either go to your nearest travel agency then wait for the long process to get a ticket or you can surf the internet for faster, cheaper, and worry-free booking in Auckland Hotels. It’s up to you guys. But for me hotels in Auckland are much convenient to book over the internet, less effort, more fun.

This time of the year these are the events that you shouldn’t miss when you are in the city of sails: Waitakere World Junior Badminton Championships 2007 (October 25 to November 4, 2007); WE WILL ROCK YOU - The Musical by Queen and Ben Elton (October 26 to December 3, 2007); The Adidas Auckland Marathon (October 28, 2007); Clevedon A&P Show (November 10 to 11, 2007); and a whole lot more.

Program Test

Finally the data entry program that I created in oracle will be put to test by the users and the quality assurance division. It's been quite a while already before I finally finished the program. It took me a while because I need to verify and validate a lot of things first before a certain data in a certain field is allowed to be entered. I am very excited and very nervous because this is my baby in the company that I am currently part of.

One thing more is that it took me a lot before I am able to get this opportunity because there were a lot of programmers who would want to be in my position now. Luckily for me, they were rejected by the company so I got the liberty in having my current position as a Wed Developer and Programmer.

You see, I have been working for about more than 3 years now since I graduated college and this position has been the most challenging by far. In fact, there is almost no one I could turn to in case I don't know certain commands or issues in the program. I don't even have an internet connection in the office wherein I could use in my research. If not for my two officemates of different positions, I wouldn't be able to finish my program. So thank to you two (you know who you are).

I am currently enjoying the challenges that my work is offering me and there are times that I thought i couldn't make it but because of God's guidance and enlightenment I am able to go on. Without God, I wouldn't have make it. Even though, that my program is on the test stage and not yet approved for production, I am already happy and content with it. Should there be any problems with my program, I am sure I will be anle to fix it. I am hoping that it will pass the test and be approved for production.

I'm Back!

Hey guys thank you for sticking with me on my very long hiatus state. Now, I'm back to write for you and give you information about what's the latest happenings in my not so insignificant yet very important exsitance. Not only that, there's more you could expect in my blog from now on. I will also list here what I want, what I dream about, what I think we must have, and what I want to achieve and do in life.

In my long hiatus state, I learned a lot (that's by the way is what is important) and I entend to share some wisdom that I gather (hope it'll help you in someway) during that state. Now, I love life even more and try not to waste so much by just fretting over things I did not do.

You could see some pieces of my artworks here (mostly the traditinal ones), some poems (mostly mushy ones) that came out of my head out of thin air, some silly sad songs (also happy ones) from singers/song writers that come and go, and some silly stories from people that touches my life from here and there.

Now, I leave you with this little poem that just pops out of my mind this instant:

"Facts of Life"

Life might be so sad for some sometimes.
But sadness makes us know who we really are.
Life might be hard for some sometines.
But hardness makes us strong when we overcome it.
Life might be fearsome for some sometimes.
But fear makes us courageous after we're able to face it.
Life might be very confusing for some sometimes.
But confusion will help us see the light much clearly.
Life is not only about you and me.
But it is all about all of us and everything.
Life is truly a blessing from God.
But we must do our own little part of it.
Life is beautiful.
But we must experience ugliness to see the beauty in it.
